How We Work — Pricing & Scope Policy

Kennedy Venture specializes in working with investors who have built their investment strategies around our systems and pricing. As such, we operate with competitive, tiered industry pricing — priced per line item. We believe we are more than fair.

Our method of engagement is not based on the traditional understanding of "estimates." Every project is driven by a defined scope — and every item on that scope has a fixed price attached to it. We do not deviate from the scope. This is fundamental to our work culture and the integrity of our process.

We recognize this may mean we are not the right fit for every contractor — and we respect that. We protect our workflow and our ecosystem deliberately. The consistency of that workflow is exactly why many contractors choose to remain in our network long-term.
