I understand that permit requirements, timelines, and processes vary by county jurisdiction and are subject to local regulations. Some projects require site plans, structural engineer reports, or other specialized documentation. Permitting timelines depend on county processing speeds, which we cannot control. For permitting-only services, Kennedy Venture collects service fees upfront to ensure consistent communication and project urgency. For GC services without labor completion, we do not operate on a down payment format. *

I acknowledge an initial site visit / inspection fee of $350 per job. Each subsequent inspection of individual trades will be billed at $125 per inspection per trade (M.E.P., Framing, or other trades). *
